This video captures my post-cycling thoughts while demonstrating HIIT exercises. It reflects on maintaining a reasonably healthy lifestyle, acknowledging that none of us are perfect. For those who have read "Bad Pharma," the value of this exceptional product is clear. Much like OxyContin, we can anticipate challenges ahead; When provided by the NHS in two years many will be addicted and forced to pay privately. More will then be addicted through the NHS cycle.

Request your BPE results from your dentist and enter them into the free Teeth4Life app to evaluate your risk factors. If your score is poor, take action—gum health is critical for overall wellness and you can reduce the risk of gum disease and mouth cancer by modifying your risk factors.

In the app, I featured their video with a woman who didn't need to shave—unlike me! Mouth cancer is the sixth most common type, yet it’s highly preventable and has one of the worst outcomes. Check yourself monthly as you should for any other skin cancer.
