Writing guidance

If you’re unsure what to write, use this simple structure:

• Who you are (role, experience, typical patients)
• What you focus on (prevention, gum health, children, care homes, anxiety support, etc.)
• How you work (calm, clear explanations, supportive coaching)
• Anything extra (teaching, training, domiciliary, special clinics)

Keep it patient-facing: write as if you’re speaking to a parent or a care manager. Short sentences. Clear outcomes. No acronyms unless you explain them.
